Technical information for application and performance
Blast cleaned M.S. surface.
Brush / Conventional spray / Airless spray.
12 months under normal storage conditions in original sealed containers at 30°C.

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from mill scale. Blast cleaning to Sa 2.5 grade as per ISO 8501-1:2007 is the recommended method. Primed surfaces must be free from moisture, grease, and other contaminants.
If settling is observed in the drum, loosen the settled material and mix thoroughly using a pneumatic stirrer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Surface temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point to prevent condensation.
Air: 5 – 40°C
Surface: 5 – 50°C
Thinner consumption may vary depending on site conditions. Practical covering capacity depends on application technique, ambient conditions, wastage, and surface condition.
